Ana Cristina Calderón is a Public Procurement Specialist in the Fiscal Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She is an expert in strengthening the public sector, performance measurements of public management systems and modernization of national procurement and public procurement systems. Author of numerous reports and press articles, her most recent book is “Public Management Reforms: Three stories about public procurement agencification in Latin America” (Maastricht University Press). Ana Cristina has a PhD in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Maastricht, has a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and studies in Economic Policy and Public Affairs from American University (Washington). In addition, he graduated in Government and International Relations from the Externado University of Colombia.
