Doctor of Law and Bachelor of Laws from the USC, Master in Law of Public Administrations and Institutions (USC) and Specialist in Local Public Management (FEMP), she is a local administration official with state qualification, Secretariat subscale, Superior category , since he has worked in different municipalities, associations and consortiums, he is currently the Secretary of Local Government of the City of Vigo. Co-director of Red Localis, member of the External Evaluation Board of the GABILEX Magazine, and President of the Association of Women in the Public Sector.
Author and director of several monographs and multiple articles in scientific journals, she is a speaker at different public institutions and private entities. Coordinator of the WG Integrity in Public Procurement of the EELL Network for Transparency of the FEMP, has published, among other monographs, “Compliance in Public Administration: difficulties and proposals” and “Practical application of Compliance in Public Procurement” , and has directed the collective work “The new Public Procurement at the local level”. His research work on Compliance for the improvement of transparency and efficiency in management has been the object of recognition with the III Ferrán Termes Prize.
