María Asunción has a law degree from the University of Zaragoza, and official of the body of Superior Administrators of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. Specialized in Management of Public Administrations by the National Institute of Public Administration, she participated in the Senior Management program of said Institute.
He has specialized professionally in the fields of public procurement and transparency.
He has held various service headquarters in relation to the management of public contracts and has belonged as a member of the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board of the Autonomous Community of Aragon and the Administrative Court of Public Contracts of Aragon. He is responsible for the Contract Resources section of the Public Procurement Observatory of Spain (www.obcp.es).
As General Technical Secretariat of the Department of Presidency and Justice, he coordinated and directed the preparation of the Draft Law on Public Transparency and Citizen Participation of Aragon, which became Law 8/2015, of March 25.
He has been a member of the Governing Council of the Aragonese Women's Institute
Participates as a teacher in: Diploma of specialization in local law of Aragon (Contracting Area) organized by the University of Zaragoza; Postgraduate diploma in administrative contracting of local authorities, organized by the Autonomous University of Barcelona; Master in Local Public Procurement organized by the Local Law Institute of the Autonomous University of Madrid.
