Graduated in law from the Sorbonne University in Paris, I have a Masters in European Law (Unviersité Sorbonne) with studies in the area of ​​Common law (University of Liverpool) and an LLM in Law, Development and Governance from the University of London (School of Oriental and African Studies). Before joining international organizations, I worked in the area of ​​civil and commercial law. I worked in the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), later in the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as Contracts Officer, focused on corporate procurement issues and acquisitions of agricultural development projects in Asia, Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. Since 2014 I have been a Procurement Specialist for the IDB, initially assigned to the Haitian portfolio, focused on Infrastructure and Emergency Procurement issues and since 2018, assigned to the Dominican Republic project portfolio in several sectors, including the support to the national public procurement system.
