Trinidad Inostroza led Chilecompra for more than 5 years, the public institution that manages the electronic transactional platform in Chile through which all public agencies, both central and decentralized, make purchases from more than 114,000 suppliers
From 2015 to 2017 she was also President of the Inter-American Government Procurement Network composed of 33 countries. During his administration, he implemented a program to promote the participation of women in public procurement, promoted open data, integrity and efficiency in public procurement.
She specialized in Law and has an LL.M. in Public Law, mention Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She also has a Diploma in Public Management U Chile and a Diploma and Business Management PUC. She also teaches postgraduate courses Public Procurement and Corruption, in Magister at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
She is currently a Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank.
